So if it's alright I'd still like to stay a part of the group I just need to rearrange my goals. I don't want to gain a ton of weight, that's my main goal. Still need to eat healthier, drink more water, and eat more fruits and veggies. <br />Great job on losing 2 pounds! That's awesome! And I'm absolutely no help with any tips on resisting food because I LOVE FOOD!!!! I have heard though if you like apples that they supposedly supress the appetite.
