One Down, 14 to Go...

I lost one pound this past week. Amazing seeing how I only stick to my diet half the time. But I guess half a diet is better than no diet at all. I am loving the treadmill right now. It lets me get my runs in without being cold and my knee doesn't hurt as bad. Although I still think running outside it a much better workout. Hopefully soon the sun will come out and I can hit the pavement. Is anyone else having success?

  1. You suck! Well not really I am proud of you! I knew I should have eatin those chocolate covered strawberries! They help you to lose weight!

  2. I'm having absolutely no luck losing weight. I hope I'm gaining muscle, at least. I'm working out way too hard to not be getting some results.
