The slacker

K so I have to confess, I am the slacker of the group. :( I HATE working out alone & live too far away to work out with anyone. Plus I work almost every night so its hard to work out with Mike. I need suggestions to get started. Ideas of what I could do to start working on my goals and getting motivated. Please help!


  1. Heidi, I think starting is the hardest part. I use this website: What you do is decide on a goal, and then you click on each day that you've done it. Once you get going, you won't want to miss a day, because then you have to start your chain all over.

  2. Brenda's idea sounds cool. I just got to the point where I was disgusted with myself. And being accountable to other people has helped me.
