Can I post?

I'm not sure if we're waiting to post for a reason that I don't know, but I'm gonna go ahead and do it. Amy, you can delete this post if you're not wanting posts yet. :)

I was wondering what you all like to listen to when you workout. I'm looking for some good ideas for my mp3 player for when I run. My favorite right now that really gets me working harder is the song Ignition by TobyMac.

Also, thought I'd share--here's what I wrote on my personal fitness blog today:

I have a confession to make. For anyone who knows me, this will be pretty surprising. I kind of liked my run tonight. I don't want this to get around, so don't tell anyone, but it felt good. I was in a groove. Maybe something in me just clicked. I don't know. I don't think I'll ever become a distance runner, but a mile or two I can handle, and it's really not the worst thing in the world. In fact, I prefer it over death, which is a definite improvement from before.

  1. Ha Ha you are so funny! Just so you know I hated running until I met my good friend Amy! I also enjoyed my running today and I miss running when I don't. I love when you get in the running groove! Thanks for being the first one to post and I love the song Ignition!

  2. Yes, go for the posting. I just haven't had time to do it yet!! All this exercising is taking up my blogging time...

And you do make me laugh. I am glad running is getting better. Trent always told me it takes a good month before you get your groove. Now I am just jealous that you can run and I can't!!!

As for music, I need help in that department too. If Kim reads this she has good work out music!
