Just wondering how everyone is doing out there. Are we sticking to our goals, exercising, and, hopefully, losing weight? I am having a hard time with the eating part of this whole challenge, which I new would be what I would struggle with. I had a few good weeks, but have kind of reverted back to my old binging days. Why does food have to taste AND make me feel so good? Anyways, just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to resist food. Maybe I just need to padlock the door and fridge...

***Some good news is that I lost 2 pounds this week. That sounds better than it really is, cause you see, I gained a pound last week. So, basically I just lost 1 more pound towards my goal. I hope you are all having some success!***


  1. Well I've not done so well and now since I'm prego I don't think the doctor would like it too much if I lost weight. So if it's alright I'd still like to stay a part of the group I just need to rearrange my goals. I don't want to gain a ton of weight, that's my main goal. Still need to eat healthier, drink more water, and eat more fruits and veggies.
    Great job on losing 2 pounds! That's awesome! And I'm absolutely no help with any tips on resisting food because I LOVE FOOD!!!! I have heard though if you like apples that they supposedly supress the appetite. Also if you get the muchies sometimes it helps (I've heard) to eat a pickle. Good Luck!

  2. when you get hungry get a drink of water and leave the kitchen. some days that works for me. some days not so much.
